This Privacy Policy explains how Dimus Assessoria Estratégica LTDA ("Dimus," "we," "us," or "our"), a company organized under the laws of Brazil (CNPJ 40.514.686/0001-53), registered at R. Major Capilé, 2220, Sala 17, 1º Andar (Galeria Via Sarzi), Jardim Central, Dourados/MS, CEP 79805-011, Brazil, collects, uses, and protects information submitted through usa.dimus.com.br (the "Site"), operated for the "Dimus USA — Full Garage System" lead-generation program serving U.S. automotive dealerships, resellers, window tint, detailing, ceramic coating/PPF, and car rental businesses.

This policy applies only to usa.dimus.com.br. Other Dimus products and sites are governed by their own privacy policies.

2. Information We Collect

a) Information you provide directly, through our diagnostic/lead form:

  • Full name
  • Email address
  • Phone number, including country code (used for WhatsApp/SMS contact)
  • City and state
  • Business niche/industry (e.g., dealership, window tint, detailing, car rental)
  • Approximate monthly revenue range
  • Whether you have previously worked with a marketing agency

b) Information collected automatically:

  • IP address, browser type, device type, operating system
  • Pages visited, referring URL, and general engagement data
  • Cookies and similar technologies set by Google Analytics (GA4) and the Meta Pixel — see "Cookies & Similar Technologies" below
  • A randomly generated event/session identifier used to de-duplicate marketing events

We do not knowingly collect financial account numbers, government ID numbers, or other sensitive categories of data through this Site.

  • Consent to receive SMS/WhatsApp messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.
  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • We do not sell or share your mobile phone number or opt-in status with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Your number is used only to communicate with you about your own inquiry, through our messaging platform (GoHighLevel, operated by our authorized partner Avantto, using Twilio as the underlying SMS carrier).

6. Third-Party Service Providers (Subprocessors)

We share information with the following categories of service providers, who process it on our behalf:

  • Cloudflare — website hosting, content delivery, and our lead database (Cloudflare D1)
  • Supabase — secondary lead/record storage across Dimus properties
  • GoHighLevel (operated by our authorized white-label partner Avantto) and Twilio — SMS and WhatsApp messaging delivery and A2P 10DLC carrier registration
  • Meta Platforms, Inc. — Meta Pixel and Conversions API (CAPI), for advertising measurement
  • Google LLC — Google Analytics 4 (GA4), for site analytics
  • WhatsApp Business Platform (Meta), where applicable, for WhatsApp messaging

We do not sell your personal information, as that term is defined under U.S. state privacy laws (e.g., CCPA/CPRA).

7. Cookies & Similar Technologies

This Site uses cookies and similar technologies set by Google Analytics (GA4) and the Meta Pixel to measure traffic and advertising performance (e.g., _ga, _fbp, _fbc). These only load when the corresponding tracking IDs are configured for the Site. You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings; doing so may affect analytics and ad measurement, but will not prevent the Site's core functionality — including the lead form — from working.
